Resolving printer issues.

Helping the network admins as needed.

Sometimes answering help desk calls.

Configuring and troubleshooting connections between desktops/laptops and mid-range or mainframe computers.

Sometimes providing informal or formal training to users on how to use computer hardware or software.

Assisting others in the IT department like programmers, telecom, web designers and others when it comes to desktop/laptop hardware and software.

Disconnecting, moving, and reconnecting desktops, laptops, and printers when the departments within the company switch places.
